This work is a practice for an advanced digital media course.

The rules were strict:

The final video should have exactly 30 shots.
The final video should be exactly two minutes in length.
No music, no sound effects. Just on the natural sound space is allowed.
Not hard post-production. Just slight exposure and color adjustments are allowed.

I had in my mind an industrial space, with rusted and abandoned elements.

I had only a small tripod 20 inches tall that I always carry in my bag. This tripod is particularly small, and a camera like the 5D mark II is too heavy for this tripod. Moreover, the height of the shots was limited with this tripod.
Anyway, I try to ignore large tripods because I cannot explore remote or difficult to access places. Fortunately, some boxes in the places served me as tripod. I also used the wagons as occasional tripods. When I take pictures and videos I usually use these elements as improvised support. And I really think that not carrying on heavy tripods allows me more freedom.

Recorded with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II and Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM.
