People came by bus, car, motorized rickshaw, bicycles, and that most common of individual transportation in India, the small motorcycle. Probably four or five language groups from within India were there, and also people from France, Switzerland, England, Argentina and Guyana, South America, USA, Mexico .... to name just the people I've met here staying at the Meher Pilgrim Center, so likely more countries as well. Since Dhuni Day, always on the 12th of the month, fell on a weekend this month, larger numbers than usual came, many staying for the weekend. As with much here at Meherabad, the music was heartfelt, and incredible, the devotion touching, the opportunity not one to be missed, if possible to be there.
I recently moved to a new location. There is a Hindu temple that's about a 45 minute drive from where I live. I heard they have music celebrations to honor past gurus. I hope to go to the Swami Vivekananda celebration.
