  • It is a creative home experiment. However water is made up of polar molecules and it attracted to the spatula. Air does not behave the same way. But a good experiment though.

  • Well you did not demonstrate a stalling wing due to the direction of the water stream on TOP of the Flat plate.but you did demonstrate lif ,because your water stream demo is like air top of the wing Instead of the bottom.
