Agreed, the idea is to get on the throttle as early and as hard as possible without upsetting traction, especially in a generally tail happy car like a star mazda.
man this is not an f3 car, its a star mazda with a bias ply tire on a bumpy street course. at only 1/7 corners he has to reset the the throttle which is quite clearly because of the car over rotating on entry then understeering mid exit. i would gather you have never driven a race before, all are different to go fast so hether what your saying
I have watched the clip, many times. I have noticed, he has a few oversteers, and there is one that is really noticable. I stand firm. This driver is a bit jerky with his throtle. The idea is to drive more speed through the corner, i mean this is racing 101. But, its noticeble his fighting car into the corner and then accelarating hard midway and out of the corner, thus explaining some oversteering going on. I know there could be other varients, ofcourse, but. He is not smooth with his throttle.
I have watched and studied F1 since the days of Senna, I have watched so many F3 races. The cars, u say "light" "low tourque".. and "lots of downforce". and now im a dickhead?
The car is light weight with lots of downforce and traction and relatively low torque from a rotary engine. You can floor it mid corner. Besides, don't comment on a pro driver's driving.

This track sorta resembles monaco. I mean, its relativly narrow, lots of sharp blind corners. Nice track, (for lower formulas)
