As far as the Geneva Convention goes it only aplies to countries In other words the "enemy combatant" who is not fighting for a country (with a legal government) has NO GC rights at all.

Changes do not happen over night. Obama has a lot in his plate right now, in fact, only a handful of presidents can say they had more to do than Obama. It seems as if Obama has been in the white house for years but lets not forget he's only been there for a few months. It took Bush 8 years to bring this country to the ground and it will take Obama more than a few months to fix them.
