He's good and very helpful, but he didn't invent "vocal kung fu" as he said regarding pushing the sound out from the diaphram, kung fu and other martial arts have been using that same technique for ages.

Building confidence in other ways will bring this on naturally, and is a more sustainable remedy. I kickbox, and as a result of an increase in confidence, my voice got louder.

She sounded great at the end, like a professional voice-over artiste. The actor (and vocal teacher) Alastair Sim said that so long as all consonants are pronounced clearly, speaking quickly will be always be intelligible. I can't stand people talking very slowly, personally.
