JAP 4/3 Govenor and Run with Load

Last of the JAP vids for now Governor is sorted, I found an air cleaner this arvo and its good to go! Using the tandem smartdrive gen as a load to eaven out the idle and run speeds

yeah I'd say so!, I had it running without the smartdrive gen the other day and it has smoothed out.
