  • We deep fried the Jicama as small matchstick fries & loved it!!! Tasted like a mix of regular & sweet potato fries to us. Ate them with sugar free ketchup! Thank you for your video & for helping so many of us learn about new delicious ways of eating healthy!

  • I did exactly the same thing night before last. We also had fried chicken legs coated with a mix of 50/50 ground up pork rinds and soy flour and collard greens on the side....yum yum..I'm getting hungry!   • I wouldn't consider it a "potato" I eat it raw with chili and lime. Jicama is it's own thing. I've never really had it cooked though... hmm... I should try it cooked sometimes...
