  • Word. They think education is like a stick you use to beat up on "lesser people". Well in jamaica knowledge is like a comodity unless you make somone else feel stupid you not so smart.

  • Sista P

    to d' world!!!

    & beYond

  • Exactly, the point I was making was that education and intelligence are not mutually exclusive. Bob Marley said "if I was educated, I would be a damn fool" nuff people ah yaad ah run dung education fi look ratings..ah nah nuh dyam comman sense.

  • Just because one is educated doesnt mean they can make good desicions or utilize good judgement. Many so called educated people supported micheal manley even as he tore down the country. Peter Phillips himself was quite a radical fellow.

  • mi hate how she talk. shi juss drag har words dem like sum a dem ghetto gyal deh. nuh disrepect to the ghetto girls cuz a ghetto mi cum from too.

  • Gwaan Portia!!!!!!! bap PNP for life

  • I know this was an internal party election, as opposed to a national election. But as Norman Manley initially didn't believe in universal suffrage, but the passing of an educational qualification test, before being allowed to vote. I would be interesting to know how many PNP delegates would have passed such a test?

  • Poor Norman Manley must be spinning in his grave
