Ramadan moon sighting on Japanese TV

A news piece on sighting of the new moon to mark the beginning of Ramadan in Japan, shown on NHK. Inshallah it helped increase the understanding of the holy month for our Japanese brethren!

Its wonderful that the media recognize islam in japan. im planning to move there after my studies, glad to kno that there are muslims ther. i'mstudyin in canada n people here dnt even kno wats ramadan n very few mosques around, i havent heard the athan since i moved here :( very few mosques.
