@Hurjapaa83 to go off how you said to use a mix to take off, i personally take off of one foot and kick the other foot backwards like a webster flip in order to get a ton of height.

seriously... i need a trainer xD

the first word that came into my mind as i saw this, 'MONKEY!'

all kongs are diving kongs....if they don't involve diving then it is a monkey vault

@12dash131 also, he used a form of "blocking" You can look up tutorials for blocking. It's a gymnastics term.

@12dash131 Lot of speed for distance, some amount of strength and technique for height.

@12dash131 Usually people do a kong with a two foot bounce and it's ok. But I think that if U want to do long kongs U should do a rythm change before takeoff and jump with a sort of a mix of two foot bounce and a one foot leap. U can see this better in my other kong video. So my steps go Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Left and takeoff with Right. U dont have to do it like this but it will help to understand the rythm change. After Left, Left, the last Right comes faster than the rythm before.

@VVeMoveForward :) I don't really know a lot about mats. They are softer on the side that is facing the camera.
