Can each of these drives do 200+MB/s reads? That would be very impressive vs my WD black and my spinpoint f3 at around 60% of that speed. Perhaps I am missing something?

if you're going to be running a RAID array off your motherboard, yes. if you're going to be using a RAID card, no. =)
