Apparently, the keyboards on thinkpads have special draining routes that lead to the bottom of the laptop to do minimal damage to the components inside against water spills.

I can confirm the second myth: a week after i bought a second-hand IBM T60, thiefs attempted assault me and throwed me to the floor... the computer was on a crowded backpack and i fell backwards. This was three years ago and i wrote this lines on "Gori", my IBM T60 6371-6MU :P
And... related to the third and fourth myth... i use "Gori" while i'm going to the university... on bus and train, but never at the bath :P

Sorry, there is only Slovenian version. The third myth is about vibration protection of hard disk and the fourth one is that you can use ThinkPad anywhere at any time.
