@itsanthonyhere they aren"t making drinking water here. they are just treating sewage. different plant, but might be a similar process.

cleaning the filter arms wouldnt do much. Those filters are roughing filters and treat a BOD of at least 2000 mg/L. I dont work at Turlock but Ive been there before.
