Arpaio is a brilliant lawman. No frills approach to defending AZ citizens and property owners despite the Federal Government's (Napolitano and President "I need the Hispanic vote for re-election" Obama) lack of desire to do so. Look no further than the drug and weapons trade back and forth across the southern border with no regard for those living on or near. He takes the "fun" out of prison...no TV, no gym. I'd like to know how many repeat offenders there are in HIS tent city.

@FPChris Also it is VERY common for a scanned bitmap to be broken into blocks and layers where scanned text is converted to plain text. This allows a user to select the text for copying etc. It doesn't mean the original document is forged. Using a PDF to check if ANY document was forged is as stupid as using jelly for blood evidence in a murder trial. LAME.
