Damped wave equation with Beethoven 7.1

Screen capture of heat-wave, a computer program I wrote (in C++) that solves the 2D heat- and (damped) wave- equations and displays the results as a 3D height-map.

This mostly shows the wave equation being solved. The 1-dimensional strips are really long thing 2-dimensional strips (about 8 cells wide, a couple hundred long).
