"I would like to refer to the MCA attack against me published in Malaysiakini, with regards to my statement in Kluang warning the government to be careful in giving big contracts to Chinese corporate figures.

"I said that because I was referring to an article about the 1Malaysia New Economic Model Seminar organised by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce Malaysia, published in the NST on Feb 9.

"In it, YTL Group managing director Francis Yeoh said: "There should be brutal competition for Malaysian business, (it needs such an) environment to thrive... the country can no longer have a little brother mentality where businesses are protected by the government. It has lured us into an economic model that cannot be sustained."

"That is what he said. He is advocating a form of 'brutal competition', where only the strong wins. Which means the government should abolish all forms of assistance, and do away with all subsidies.

In my opinion what he said is wrong. It is false. It's a statement that is arrogant, thankless and prideful."

Racist comments like this should be avoided. Malays should be ashamed robbing Chinese and Indians off their rights for 50 years. Time for them to stand on their own and share the wealth of Malaysia. Malaysia belongs to the 3 races as was stipulated by the British before the country got independence. The Malay government agreed to that but it's all broken when NEP was introduced in 1971. If u really want to improve, work in a chinese company, learnt the tricks from them, come out with your knowledge gain, used ur bumiputera benefits to open your own company and train ur own race to become same par. Whatever the point or bullshit. Look at the ration between numbers vs achievement b4 spewing shit. Our numbers are like 30% but achievement and wealth outnumbered the majority in Malaysia. If I am a Malay, I will feel very sad despite given benefits and strive to bcome better but sadly they majority sought in Blaming others. I do not know about your culture, but does blaming others can improve ourselves? If u want to improved, work in a chinese company and imitate and learn their attitude. (1)
