The Hundred is an original Pilates exercise which flattens your abs and strengthens your core. The goal is to keep your stomach as flat as possible by contracting your abdominal muscles while holding your head, shoulders and legs off the floor.   • Why are the legs raised at a 45% angle? I do The Hundred with my feet straight and heels raised about two inches above the floor.
