@TehChocco Matter of opinion from another ignorant couch vegetable that doesn't rely on a truck to make his living and feed his family. You probably continue to vote liberal because the world looks just fine from your couch playing your video games all day.

@p71cv2000 This guy actually live in the back country. The Kelderman kit is the only lift kit that improves both the ride and tow capacity of a truck while giving someone this much lift. With this much lift, during the winter he can chain it up and still make it down to his house and back out to the road without bottoming out. So it does serve a lot of purpose. Before you start bashing a kit make sure you understand it first.

Are you able to do somthing like this to a new f450?

diesel power

@Anton338 This is wonderful for empty driving but a SD with 3.55 will see are larger window of fuel mileage as apposed to a F450 with 4.30. The 3.55 will see something like 10-17 MPG while the 4.30 will see something like 13-15 MPG no matter what.

@Anton338 It's all gearing. The higher the gearing 3.73 the better the MPG's. But while towing you need lower gears 4.30 to get the best MPG's due to the power band being at higher RPM and the truck needing to be there to maintain speed and climb hills. With diesel's the amount of Torque they make allow them to pull the vehicle at empty weight very easily at low RPM's. The brand new 2011 Superduties come with 3.31 stock and most are fitted with 3.55.

@houseofdiesel ooh thats actually impressive. Ive got a friend who drives a 350 dulley to school (lmao) and the max he gets is 13.

@Anton338 He actually picked up about 1.5 MPG. It was getting 11-13 factory with the 4.30 Gears and after the lift and wheels got around 13-15 MPG. All of the early 08-2010 vehicles with particulate filters get horrible MPG's. The newer vehicles that use Urea Injection have gained about 50% of the lost fuel mileage back though. I have a new 2011 6.7 and enjoy 15-17 MPG. Both vehicles get 18-24 MPG though without Particulate Filters.
i want to get a truck and i want to put air lifts and big tires on it, but i want to know how good are they for off roading? i would like to drop it down on the road and raise it up for off roading but im just not sure how good they are for off roading. any information would be very helpful, thanks.

@brodie1709 Okay. When it comes to true off road you want to keep it simple. No coilovers, and in most cases no bypass shocks. I run the Icon 4.5 with long arms, coils, and bypass shocks. I get a little bit of rub on the shocks but nothing bad enough to blow them out. With that I had the fenders rolled to fit 40"s.

@houseofdiesel I love the stability and dependability. When we did the '08 Superduty in the other video I took the truck out and jumped it on a dirt bike jump and snapped a basic shock and the coil fell out. We simply jacked it up with a high lift jack and stuffed the coil back in without the rubber stop to limp back home. No doing that with an airbag or coilover.
