I personally dont think its an evp because in the full podcast the same noise re occurs several times as you walk further. It must be the water. Chris ya know i love your work n hate dismiss but thats my opinion of this one.

What you actually hear is the evp being deliberately repeated twice by me, and then the original recording. It was heard only once.

This video is appalling to me. To me it sounds like the spirit is not saying "I below" but actually "I live below." Since you hail from the U.K. you may or may not be aware that this is common for the spirits of Native Americans who saw themselves as tied to the Earth or one with the Earth. Native spirits are almost always very strong and down right hostile... if you are not sure do not interfere. To do so would be dangerous and stupid.
