@melissa3289 -- One part deleted that we never see is that the strongman was castrated and in a deleted final scene is singing soprano. By deleting that scene we're led to believe he was killed.

It's weird. I mean, obviously they castrated Hercules, take out Cleo's eye and cut off her tongue, but seriously... how is that possible? I mean, no one would agree to play in a movie like that! Even if I were homeless and poor, I wouldn't agree someone cutting my tongue just to make a movie! Can someone explain to me?

Just one thing. Freaks is from 1932, not 1934.
