Home destroyed while judge made it possible for them to remain on property depriving landlord of rental income, even though they were harrassing and threatened landlord and have destroyed prior rentals, this judge dismissed the case after making me pay court costs and wait an entire month before he even dismissed it, it took 2 more months to find an attorney that did not have an overfilled docket and that even seemed to care about my property and my rental income, the judge who dissmisses case after case due to dotted i's and crossed t's, ignored the default clause on the lease, ignores the lease is a legal binding contract that is supposed to protect the landlord from vandals and non compliance, and while forceing landlords to seek expensive help in order to evict, the judge deprives landlords of rental income while he himself gets paid an income and lets vandals destroy properties while his property is protected by the sheriffs dept., they say he is just doing his job, using an administrative order to refuse to admit most of the landlord forms like a cure or quit notice due to non compliance, and then does not care that is says on the department of agricultures, landlord/tenant laws on their website that if a tenant is destroying your property you should be able to evict them in 7 days or less, instead they insist you go thru their policy of 3 day, then 5 day then final, but they exclude holidays and weekends, yet their 3 day turns into alot longer than 3 days, while you wait for them to process and it took almost 5 months to get them evicted, and the judge kept the court costs while dismissing the 1st time, and never even awarded the back rent due or the rest of the security deposit, I am angry and want everyone to know why. Home owners invest in their homes while our goverment and their unjust civil policies are turning our properties and our finances into a mess, alot of landlords do not know how to even work a computer and many of them need help but the cost of legal help is a nightmare to homeowners that only make enough money from rent to pay for mortgage, insurance and taxes and barely ever do the ones that own mobile homes make enough money to hire an attorney for 250 an hour and up, while only making a few dollars a month after expenses, meanwhile the court house sells tax liens for under housing market values and home owners are stuck while the tax lien sales market has ruined the housing market and the MLS is only interested in selling forclosures or soon to be forclosed short sale properties, and no home owner can find their listing advertised in a way that will help them to sell on the MLS, many home owners are now facing forclosure and or bankruptcy while the court room make money off each home owners distress, it is an abomination and most unjust.
PS. that same judge on wyke tv on his own court show, said that a property owner has the right to say who can be on their property, while refering to a tresspasser that was on CVS property, I am outraged, he protects a commercial property business like a hotel or department store yet destroys the rental income of landlords and their ability to protect their own property and lets vandals remain on property for free while destroying it.
