Black belt form Koryo (same as the form at the aforementioned link, except it's 3 years later), performed one week prior to Black Belt Testing (to Second Dan). Left hamstring had been pulled at the time of performance.

Not bad some hand techs a bit high and a bit low on the turn around but she got back to her start point a lot better than a lot we have seen keep it up. Have a look at Koryo Vs Koryo and work out who wins.Thanks
