  • Hi, I would definitely recommend my 10-minute cardio workout video to help slim them down and I have quite a few leg exercises videos to help tone them. Please go to my channel and click on the Playlists tab, you can select the tab with leg exercises. I have the 10-minute cardio video there as well.

  • Hi, I do have a great arms toning video that uses dumbbells which are fantastic to tone your arms. It features exercises for your triceps (back of arm muscles) as well.

  • After looking around youtube like a mad woman for comfortable but legit workouts, I FINALLY found yours that I enjoy so much! Their not to hard or to easy which motivates me so much more! I'M SO GLAD I FOUND YOU! I've been doing your 10 minute cardio workout and ab workouts every day and have lost 5 lbs so far along with feeling so much better about myself already =) but I've heard its not good to work out the same areas of your body every day so what do u recommend to do & how many days??
