StepMania 5 PMS Support

Latest revision of StepMania 5 can now load and play PMS files as well as (most) ADPCM wav files properly. But now there's no pop'n theme or noteskin. It just now supports loading PMS simfiles.

In this video, I play the unaltered simfile of Pop'n Music. The solo stepchart is generated from the nine button charts. I made few alterations to the game, though.
- Patch to make StepMania autogen from step type with most difficulties instead of closest number of tracks. So it autogens dance notes and solo notes from 9keys and not 5keys: http://bit.ly/uq8zSD
- Use AppLocale to run StepMania in Japanese locale so that simfiles with Japanese file names will load on my Thai-locale Windows 7.

There is a pop'n game mode, just no skin for it.
