Use a proper snatch strap attached to proper tow points. Being stuck can sucks ass. Being stuck and having improper gear sucks even worse.

Also reverse is a lower gear so lower gear more power and the stuff he said was true to.

LOL oh shit!.. at first i thought the vid comment about not being welded safely was referring to the one that was stuck and im like NO friggin way. but then.. well you watched the vid.

@BatmanProject777 in a way that makes sense cause all the weight is being shifted to the front of the truck. but the axle gears are cut to take way more torque going forward. also id rather have a broken tow hook come flying into my tailgate then through my windshield

@fattpieceofcrap I've heard that pullling in reverse can be more powerful, because with the weight of the engine over the front wheels, you take advantage of that helping with a lot of traction. Is there something to this at all ?

I was indeed new to offroading but the jeep was so old that we had already ripped the rear bumper so the only thing remaining to pull was the front bumper anyways it was a lot of fun!
