The project started at the beginning of februari 2010, with the intention of just having swedish editors involved. Unfortunately, the idea didn't go through since the interest was low so I decided of asking some of my friends in the org instead. I ended up with ZetZu, Kain, Chiikaboom, Mamo and Crossfade on this one, I was really psyche about the whole thing and also the idea of sharing my first coodinated project with some of my best friends from the amv community.
As for the technical difficulties and obstacles we stumbled upon during this project, I for example had some problem tweaking up the camera for the 3D intro I was making in Cinema4D. I've never been great when it comes to curves in terms of graphics, it's something I would like to improve on. As for the texture and the design, I simply went for the colour scheme and the ''futuristic'' design the logo had, same thing was for the modelling part. The inspiration I had in the beginning for the intro was those futuristic screens they had on Macross Frontier when they were advertising about Shirley's concert. (I think it was the first episode) It wasn't an easy task to recreate the structure, but I created my own version in the end. As for the compositions and tweaking the transitions, was a harder task, there was a lot to tweak and had to come back and render numerous times before it looked decent enough. One thing I learned during the process was, to keep your worlflow simple as possible, otherwise you'll end up being stuck like me.
Deadlines and betas was handed in the right moment, of course I had to poke some of the members sometimes to get some status, but the most important of all that we finished the project in time. Once again, I'm really happy to be able to work with such awesome people and have fun, and I hope it was same for them . This is definetly not the last time I'm coordinating a MEP.
See you later in Alter 2.

The intro was great. First track's AR was off so that bothered me...The editing was great though.

@StrawberryKissStudio Sorry to disapoint you. But the Aspect Ratio of the first track is 100% accurate. Although the Resolution was adjusted (this without stretching the footage) to fit the project technical aspects.

Alter is not an AuN-Exclusive, but rather a "friends-exclusive" MEP project really.
