A dull season 2 .. Honda and Yamaha dominate, if they are equivalent ducati conditions, the race would be interesting.

The loss of Stoner will be absolutely monumental, why on earth is such a young, talented rider who has at least 2-3 more titles in him calling quits so prematurely? Is it too easy, or has he had enough? Either way, MotoGP has lost 2 of its true superstars in 2 years (58 + 27)

Unfortunately it may take his premature retirement to remind fans of how much we'll miss his brilliance and maybe some will regret their petty criticisms. This is a sad day for the sport.

I'm gutted. The motogp world will be much the poorer next year. Admitted by Rossi & most current riders & comentators as easily the fastest guy out there & a true great. I guess that it will make it more exciting for some now that he isn't teasing the other riders with them needing to look at the rearend of his bike. It may make for closer racing up the front though.
