  • @trupuppyluv4ever disagree...when I was a teenager I always slept great. I nay have stayed up late and messed with my sleep cycle, but I could always sleep for 10-12 hours at a time to make up for lost sleep. I never suffered from insomnia problems like I have as I have gotten older. Most people I know over 30 say they rarely wake up feeling refreshed regularly like they did when they were younger.

  • @palsy789 Wow I feel happy for you! I myself can't believe how effective those diet plan on WeightLossAction.info. No other plans have made lose a lot of pounds in just few weeks!
