Wow, Racist comments and then people who think that the reporter was somehow in the wrong, despite the fact that he was attacked.
He was reporting on the corruption and illegal behavior on the part of a landlord and had done repeated stories. That was why the wife of the landlord was so angry. She found the reporter interviewing a wronged (tenant I think.) Then the landlord, himself, came and bloodied the reporter. They were going to kill the reporter but couldn't find their gun in time.
