Although our roots lie in the pole building industry, our market base has expanded to include all phases of commercial work, including mini-storage buildings, office and retail buildings, horse and farming facilities and custom homes. In 1992, we began offering an alternative system of construction in our post frame buildings called the "Laminated Column Building System." We received a patent on this system in 1994 and it is now considered the strongest and highest quality post frame system in the industry. Our personal approach to the quality of materials used in construction, combined with our professional workmanship reflect a completed project that will withstand the use for which it was intended, complimented by the design which makes it uniquely yours.

Our highly qualified staff works hard to understand your needs and will help fine-tune your ideas into a customized finished product. We can provide architectural, drafting and engineering services and our pricing is generated on the latest state-of-the-art computers. It takes more than just wood and steel to produce a building. At Spokane Structures, Inc., we control all aspects of the building process, including staking sites, evaluating grade deviation and developing layout plans. We also provide professionally stamped and engineered plans for all our buildings.
