The way I see it, the Jones - Vera winner will fight Lil Nog. Winner of that will fight the winner of Rampage - Rashad. The winner of that will get the shot at Machida or Shogun. So we've got some VERY interesting fights coming up. My prediction is Vera beats Jones. Lil Nog beats Vera. Rampage beats Rashad. Shogun beats Machida (again). Lil Nog beats Rampage. Winner of the Shogun - Lil Nog fight is impossible to call, but any of these fights could turn out to be amazing. LHW future looks bright!

Vera hasnt impressed me lately..I see Jones taking it also I think Jones has alot of momentum right now and is the kind of fighter that just keeps getting better and better..

Yeah, Vera has not seemed the same since he fought Tim Silva. I think once the illusion of invincibility gets broken they fight scared.

I am really excited to see what is going to happen. Can he walk through Vera like he did Matt? If so, who can stop him?

You know I was totally of the same opinion that Reed Harris was this white smug elitist pig.

But when you listen to his interviews on Sherdog, MMA junkie and other podcasts & Tv shows like Inside MMA, he's a pretty cool guy.

He has great respect for the fighters and rolls on the mats with the likes of Faber and Mike Brown pretty frequently I've heard. So he's more connected and grounded than you think. Although he does come across at first as the way you described. He's just alot less vocal.

I agree..It seems like lately Vera fights to "win" and plays it to safe..I think Jones is going to take it to him..I dont know if he will run through him like Matt ..fights are getting harder and harder to predict.

I think so. I cannot remember. Plenty of head locks & the like. I am 38; I try to avoid fighting now. My cousin said it best, "Everything hurts."

I reviewed the choke again, and I do believe he could have tried to fight it out a little longer since his arm was inside which allows a little more bloodflow...But have you? I wasnt attacking you,just a question.
