As sick as Adam is, you can't help but get the impression from this film that he is extremely arrogant. Read his book also, he's a bit of a tosser.

I really hate the media, couldn't they have just left him alone instead of mocking him? I love you Adam!

This was really good documentary. It really gives inside look of living with BP.I love how openly he discusses and describes it.Hypomania can work to your advantage,I use it daily. It's when it becomes full blown manic state its a problem.I'm glad he looks well and stable these days. Its not easy.

when i was 8 i stabbed myself 3 times due to Bi-polar disorder all i could ever remember was my mum who died shortly after giving birth to me and then my dad when i was 5 i was put into a home not far from where adam had grown up as a child.
after i turned 7 i started getting called horrible names by the other kids at the home and by the time i was 8 id had enough i wanted everything to end.
im 14 now and i have a new family ive had a couple of wobblers since but for the first
time i feel normal

Adam, thank you for speaking up about this, bringing attention to you through music, and then using the platform to a better understanding - it's your calling now - your/our/the world's 'head peace', get the balance right, without the black pit, we wouldn't be who we are, accept the wretched old dark friend, don't fight it, because it produces the most amazing rainbows. Love to you Adam, and thanks again xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Funny how none of this was never reported in America. I've always loved the TRUE alternative music of the 80's and particularly the Brittish alternative. The American media totally igonored these 80's brit stars after thier heyday.
A lot of people have kind of summed up how amazing this man is in the comments below so all i've got to say is watching this account has just made me appreciate him even more.
A very good, informative documentary, which i don't think is biased, but if it is, it's to the right side. The parts where he was describing what depression felt like made me cry.
