Hello thanbks for the question, Our Tropical Humidity solution comes pre-mixed you can just add it to your humidifier. I would only use distilled water to season the inside of the humidor.

Ex cigarette smoker of 30+ years, love tobacco way to much and just wanting to upgrade to much better tobaccos. Really been enjoying my cigars immensely and humidor I ordered is coming next week. Your video was the most informative by far, I just wish I knew about your store before making my order though. But still need accessories soon.

Question, your propylene solution, would it be wise to mix a little with distilled water for when I season my humidor? Or just humidifier only?

NEVER use the PG solution for the wipe down method when first seasoning your humidor. USE ONLY DISTILLED WATER.

ONLY USE PG SOLUTION IN YOUR HUMIDIFIERS!

Hey, I've got a big problem. I've been using a Ci-gel humidity regulator in my humidor and now all my cigars are covered in a salty chemical residue inside and out that has completely ruined my cigars. I was told by the guys at my local store that this ci-gel which is a crystal gel regulator works well and i'm supposed to refill it once a month with a humidor wetting solution once a month which is what i did. any ideas what the hell happened?

@datfunk101 Not sure what happened We only recommend that you use a PG solution on sponge base humidifiers or Gel cyrstals with distilled water only inside our humidors.

Sound like the Ci gel is the reason your cigars became ruined......

@CIGARSTARCA i just bought a humidor on craigslist but it doesnt have the key. it is a humidor supream limited edition 2000 but its missing the key where if i can can i get a new one?
