Out at Sundance Film Festival, Kevin Smith made headlines by stating that he would hold an open auction for his film 'Red State' and then sold it to himself for $20. Find out the genius behind the decision from the man himself... and since it's Kevin Smith it's a long albeit fun explanation, so we have 6 parts of it.

  • Amazing that Kevin Smith releases a movie bashing Christians, when Muslim extremists just blew up an airport.

I look forward to the Red State II: Islam.

But I won't hold my breath.

  • @rottemeister Really?

  • please upload the other parts if you have them, thanks :D

  • @rottemeister If you count abortion clinic bombings and the murder of abortion doctors as terrorism, Christians are responsible for over ten times as much terrorism on US soil than Muslims.

And yes, abortion clinic bombings are terrorism just as much as 9/11 was.

  • That fucking guy and his fucking hat. GET OUT OF THE SHOT!

  • @rottemeister Kevin is a hardcore catholic. Why do people feel the need to look into things more deeply than need be. Not everything has personal subtext.. sometimes, it's just a movie.

  • @rottemeister To be fair, they're blowing shit up all the time, so it's not like there's any one time better than the other. And it's not "bashing Christians", we all (even Kevin) know there's more decent folks than not, but it's a fictional horror story somewhat inspired by the psycho so-called Christians dishonoring and desecrating soldier's funerals (among other things).

  • @ rottemeister... you're hilarious. have you seen Red State or are you just assuming it's anti christian? Since when does telling a story about extreme fundamentalists that actually exist, automatically make you pro muslim terrorism?
