I do some closeup shots of the Cactus Club Westcoast Pocket, the Prawn and Scallop Spaghettini (a Rob Feenie specialty), and the Wonton Soup with Chicken.
To much chervil on the spag. I work at a cactus and I'm responsible for the scallop and prawn plating job, prety proud of my self. The Wonton soup is nothing to be proud of.
