...with that said, J was the artist and the talent, but Dame was the one breaking his back promoting J and opening doors for them to get Roc in a position of power as a label. That's never easy to do. I would hope J takes care of Dame at least on a Kharma level, 'cause Dame and Biggs were the inside muscle behind J's climb. So many people can rap, like so many people can hoop, but it's the management and connections that get your brand built, so the talent is the tipping point to dominance.

I hate speaking on another man's business model, I'm not perfect, but Dame's decision making and throwing tantrums on people is showing me, as much you can put on a tough guy arrogant persona, J takes the Roc brand name and keeps the money, while Dame's going off on people and talking to a room of adult businessmen like kids, burns bridges later when you need to start again. WhenTrump hit a drought, he didn't start throwing tantrums, he kept his enemies close and climbed back to the top $.
