yeah izzie and george are leaving the show.. it was confirmed. izzie will probably die in the end. the surgery will be a success but something will go wrong.. then izzie will die in the end of the season or early next season & george wont be able to take it & he will leave the hospital for good.. thats what i think. now derek has SOO much pressure cause its izzie!
