awesome :) i remember completing this. I always felt the ending was a little disappointing.
how long did it take to work out how to get the net? it took me months to stumble across the little 'swimming out of the water really fast' quirk.

can i ask which tape/snapshot file you used on the emulator to play this? i'm using a .tap file on SpecEmu which has a bug in it and is impossible to complete.. i bought the game on cassette back in the day and would love to be able to play it properly on pc again

@natribber Oh right. I can't remember now, it was 3 years ago. I just had a collection of files back then that have gone missing now. Why do you ask?

@SpellboundSolution ok turns out the game just doesnt work properly in 48k mode. you get as far as the leprechaun but he is frozen, you can't give him the shamrock or anything. never mind. ta :)

@natribber Yeah, that's a problem of modes not tapes. I think it's possible to talk to the leprechaun with this bug present by moving to the far left of the screen and moving right one pixel at a time and continually clicking until you're in range. The furthest pixel left away from the leprechaun works I believe. If not you'll have to start over on a different version mode.
