I rec'd my book yesterday. A friend and I had been talking over the phone regarding healthy eating and some where along the line, we started talking about Vegan food and the benefits. So I'm embarking upon a new way of eating. Thanks for a book where I can still get all of the flavors from my childhood, yet on a much healthier level.
