it wasn't banned. It was never aired. It only came out on DVD. It was a private joke between the cast/crew.

These cartoons were originally shown to adults between featured movies at theaters. I remember as a child watching these on TV with my father. Some of the humor was WAY over my head (why is Dad laughing???). Watch the cartoons again and you'll be surprised what got past the censors!
