About this form.... i was taught that after the elbow strike was a block (right hand) and strike (left hand) rather than a double block as shown. Is this just a variation?
Again, your videos of all the Tang Soo Do forms that you have help me very much in maintaining and "tweeking" my forms.....it's too easy to get lazy doing some of the lower basic forms....TANG SOO !!!
@and2premiere this style borrow the forms from shotokan, I am Shito ryu,I dont know nothing about nothing, but I hope they sya the students this are karate katas, and not korean ones, In shito ryu we practice this with less tension and more natural breathing, by the way the way look concentrate and intense, wich revealed his respect and dedication, what is important too
Exellent form. I am impressed with the full stances, ( most people cheat the stances ), speed and snap of the techniques, and finally someone that looks in the direction of the opponent before throwing a technique.
Sir, i am a 4th dan Mu Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do Master and i thank you. Tang Soo.
GM Chontas won Gold medalist in the world tournament in Pittsburgh in 1992, double Bronze medalist in Pittsburgh in 1994, and double Silver medalist in the senior master division in New Orleans in 2006, all in forms. His balance is nearly perfect.
your ability is awesome , thanks
