[2A/2] How to make 1x8 Rubik's Magic Part 2A/2

This video shows how to put the strings on and in what order they should be in. Use the string diagrams from part 2A. :]

Also, sorry if anything is going by too quickly (movie maker made 7 minutes exceed 100mb -.-), or there is something i missed, or something you misunderstood. If that is the case, please let me know! :]

I wanted to mod mine and i decided to post a tutorial on it.

I hope everything works out if you plan to make one. :]

Required materials:
1. 1 Rubik's Magic (8 tiles)
2. 1 Ribbon (long enough to circle your hand)
3. preferrably 16 Rubik's Magic strings

Basically, the tutorial is split into two parts- removing the strings, then putting them on again in a different orientation.

Please note: This version of a 1x8 is different from elimescube and edd5190's (YES I JUST MENTIONED YOUR NAME) :])in such that their breaks are in different areas or they are solved differently. Basically, if you choose to make the 1x8 my way, then you solve it my way. :]

thanks for posting this video (:! i just got done with the second set of strings and it works fine,and for people who say set 3 doesn't make any sense,IT DOES ! it's like doing horizantal turns when you go over and under,anyways/thanks for the vid :L

when i do the last 2 set of strings i go to play with it and the last 2 sets fall off

Double check the patterns if you stringed them correctly. I'm pretty sure my patterns are 100% correct (other people have successfully used them) so double check if you followed the patterns correctly. Also, remember to string them IN THE ORDER given.

yea and i was a little confused too but i think you gotta put it straight in a line then after, you put the piece in the right place just swing it over
