The false message (false birth certificate has already happened. Obama will sworn in at 10 AM on Tuesday. Before he can become president at 12 o'clock Obama will be arrested by Bush, who is still president. This may happen a few minutes after he is sworn in, so that the crowd will go wild. This is the section 'to run through the city peace broken" Martial law will be declared. This is the 'stopped' part. "Voices bought" is the Supreme Court ruling that Obama cannot hold office. 'Chapel stained with blood" happens when Obama is taken off to jail. 'And to another one the empire contracted' is John McCain also being denied the presidency.
