To all of the FBI or CIA or whatever form of "law" enforcement folks who may in the future follow orders to confiscate chamomile (or any other natural herb or vegetable), my question to you is simple: Would you take your life in defense of this b.s. Of course you wouldn't. People will defend themselves to the death. SO DISOBEY ANY ORDERS which stem from pure pure insanity. You are human and need to eat also. If your so-called "superiors" threaten you, then shoot them.

Um whats next Um technically if your not a retard who can't read the charter of right's and freedoms Bill C-51 is whats next in the line of Unconstitutional Laws it's not even as bad as the firearms act was. i mean it doesn't even have provisions to jail you with out fair trial it doesn't allow you to be denied a right to an attorney the right freedom from self incrimination the right to be innocent Until Proven guilty in a court of law.
Where we're your cries of Gov't wrong doing in 1995?

So what happened with this bill? The website you linked to seems to be down.
I hope that they didn't pass such craziness.

Bill c-51 died when the election was called last year. However, as of Oct.30th 2008, Health Minister Tony Clement plans to reintroduce controversial legislation giving the federal government more oversight regarding the quality and safety of supplements, vitamins and other natural health products. This new push is largely backed by the huge supplement company Jamieson Laboratories. The fight is still ongoing.

Unfortunately, we the people don't make the laws. The politicians we elect to represent us make them and submit them 'on our behalf' but they never seem to ask us first if this is what we want. Therefore it's our duty and right to stand up and say " Hey, I don't think so!".
