This is too hard for me, my brain hurts - I have a very rare disease (it is a 17 syllable latin word). My skull is always getting thicker, because of new bone layers forming on the inside. This protects my thoughts from the outside world intruders, but is also compressing my brain. The doctors remove a little gray matter every few months to stop the pain. They go up thru my nasal passage with a medical device that is both an itsy bitsy food processor and vacuum.
