Being a continental truck driver at the time i bought their first LP for my children from a shop in Ostend, i bought more over the next year as they loved them, my youngest Sally joined the Dutch fan club (She was the only English fan.) and eventually we had an invitation to see them in Amsterdamn at the CARRE theatre for their 5th anniversary concert, for them it was a moment to remember, we met them all back stage and took photos with them, a once in a lifetime experience.

I'ts this track which got me into dutch pop music music having listened to it on dutch radio here in London.I also remember shortly afterwards visiting an Amsterdam record shop and asking who was singing and saying that I must be quite strange an Englishman loving dutch pop and Nederpop.They replied by saying don't worry the Dolly Dots were much loved over here join the club.They are a fantastic group.
