Corel Painter/Photoshop animation (OEL manga Promo)

I made this back in 2007. It's a teaser to my OEL manga - "Le Ciel est Couvert" ("Clouded Sky").

Please bear in mind that it features my first digital works EVER made so, yes, I know its crap ;1.
Nevertheless it took 6 months to make and was presented on my Final Show (back in Art School).

Created mainly with Corel Painter X, Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Ulead VideoStudio 10 Plus. Short version of the song made with Nero Wave Editor 4.

I can believe that it took you 6 months. Ive worked with Flash (oh how I hate it), and I know it takes FOREVER to figure out and make what you want to occur on screen. I haven't made something like that yet, but I'm also wanting to make an animated intro for my future OEL manga, Forlorn. Over all I think you did a good job presenting it, though the faunts for their names were a bit challenging to read and some of the faces looked a little less in quality than others.

@liliedove I know right? When I look at it now, 4 years later I see how amateur it is: unreadable over-the-top fonts, terrible video compression and really static-looking drawings.

I'm not sure is Flash the best choice. Maybe After Effects or Anime Studio - look it up, and good luck with your intro:)

:O I am struck AGAIN by how awesome this was. I liked the scene of the um...moving earth--or planet. Yeah. That was pretty nice. :D I also like the character designs. The guys are very cute. I'm not much of a...critic though. So...sorry if I'm not helping much there. It all looks pretty awesome to me. :D I want MORE~
