Jacob's biggest crime was standing in for Julian Assange at a conference representing wikileaks (assange was unable to travel). Since then he has been detained at the US border a number of times. I don't think he has hacked into any places, anonymous style. He does however help run the TOR project, which is designed to help people around the world use the internet anonymously. Overall he is a pretty cool guy.

Question at 10:00 makes my blood boil. Bitch has no idea what she's talking about and seems to want to drag herself up, and others down to her level. Like honestly, they're not ALL activists, they're ALL out there to "pull chains" what pretentious statement. She just spouts out bullshit like "rasberry pie" for no reason because it's the new "hip thing" yet has NOTHING TO DO WITH HER QUESTION. I'm glad he totally brushed her off with a "yes" and went on.

Running proprietary software in this day and age is madness. Unfortunately even most GNU/Linux users are forced to rely on proprietary components, all of which represent a way for malicious code to find its way into your system.
