It just makes me sick that the so called "moral compass" in our country are the ones that are making the most horrid mistakes and transgressions.
Again, I have to ask the question: "What could homosexuals possibly do to the institution of marriage that heterosexuals have not already done?" Maybe marriage should simply be abolished all-together.

If you're not from South Carolina, why would you care about this story? How many people outside of that state have ever even heard of this guy, and why should any of us care about his affair? I keep hearing that he was a potential 2012 Presidential candidate, but I think he has all the charisma of a toad. Does anyone think this dude had a real shot at becoming President prior to this story breaking? So some back-bencher politician cheated on his wife... big whoop! This is really national news?
